The Chinese Zodiac Astrology is ancient, interesting, accurate and loved by millions across the world. The Chinese Zodiac is based on cyclic concept of time : a cycle of 12 years, repeated again and again. The 12 Years are associated with 12 Celestial Animals : Rat (or Mouse on Mongoose), Ox (or Buffalo or Bull or Cow), Tiger, Rabbit (or Hare or Cat), Dragon, Snake (or Serpent), Horse, Goat (or Sheep or Ram), Monkey, Rooster (or Hen or Cock or Chicken or Phoenix), Dog and Pig (or Boar or Hog). The animal names occasionally differ with the Oriental Country they originate. The Chinese Yearly Horoscopes are basically built around these 12 Animal Signs.

Your Chinese Astrological Zodiac Animal Sign is directly based on the Chinese Lunar Year of Birth that you were born. The Chinese New Year is mobile and could start anywhere between 21st January and 20th February, depending upon the year. If your Date of Birth falls into any of the following Chinese Lunar Years, then, because you are born in the Year of the Goat (or Sheep or Ram), you are symbolically identified by your Celestial Animal, the "Goat (or Sheep or Ram)" :

From 13 Feb 1907 to 01 Feb 1908

From 01 Feb 1919 to 19 Feb 1920

From 17 Feb 1931 to 05 Feb 1932

Enjoy the Annual Forecasts and learn about the suggested Feng Shui & Crystal Remedies that you may need for the coming "New Lunar Year 2007 : Ding Hai, the Year of the Yin Red Fire Pig" :

CAREER A still year with little progress and rewards. You need to work hard without much luck and results. With strong self-belief, change your approach from last year and move boldly. But keep a low profile, as you will be lacking the support of your many friends, this year. Remain cool and collected, as you are bound to find opposition from external sources as well as within your own circle. Stay away from conflicts and refuse to be provoked into disputes. Gossips will surround you to choking level. You will be isolated and ostracised. Accept opportunities to travel abroad, as they could bring you some welcome change. Install the Kuan Kung figurine in North West to watch over you. Employees will be better off than the self-employed with some of them even managing to get some promotions. No job change or career change is advised. If you are in the line of travels, transportation, tourism, promotional agency and real estates, you could do well. Most of you will spend more time in pursuing knowledge in the fields of religion, spirituality and seek metaphysical answers. In 2007, you are being "eyed" by certain shady, scheming characters - display the icon or genuine photo of the White Tiger, for your personal safety.

MONEY Stagnant cash flow with little or no income through other sources. Do not look for short term returns and make wrong investments lest you loose your little all. You do not enjoy any windfall luck this year so keep away from gambling and paper securities. Do not spend on luxuries. Plan your budget stringently and stick to it. Keep a set of 3 "Four Guardian Kings" Coins for retaining control over money.

HEALTH Overall stress will play havoc with your physical and mental health. Most of you will face problems related to hysteria, nervous systems, viral infections and insomnia. Take proper treatments. Spend quality time in exercises and meditation. If you are to travel, take a medical kit with you. Install the statue of the Quan Yin in the North West of your bedroom, for mental peace. If you were born in 1967, you could be hospitalised for quite some time, this year. Parents of children born in 2003 should pay special attention and guard them from strangers and people with evil intentions.

LOVE A wrong type of romantic luck would induce you to form relationships with the very young or love somebody much older than you. Relationships will not be smooth. Rumours will sow doubts and your moodiness and communication gaps will instigate conflicts and clashes at home. Be patient and swallow the insults. Trust and allow yourself to be trusted. Display the icon of Three Generations Dragon Head Turtles in the East of your living room and a pair of Pink Mandarin Ducks in the South West of your bedroom.

STUDIES Many events including interrogations by teachers, reproaches by parents, provocations from fellow students play with your emotions and distract you away from your studies. Do not slack off. Stay away from socialising, this year. Install a Green Aventurine or Green Jade Pagoda in the North East of your study room and focus only on achieving results in your exams.

Birthstone : Sapphire Good Relationships with : Rabbit, Horse and Pig, for 2007 Conflicts with : Rat, Ox and Dog, for 2007 Polarity Force : More Yang Lucky Numbers : 3, 4, 5, 12, 34, 45 and 54 Zodiac Protector : Dari Rulai or Mahavairohana (Sanskrit)

A NOTE ABOUT REMEDIES : The above analysis has suggested some remedies/cures for reducing the impact of negative energy and has recommended certain enhancers for increasing and improving upon the beneficial energy of the year. For the remedies/enhancers to be effective, they should be cleansed, energised, blessed and programmed not only for the particular individual/family but also for the specific purpose/problem. They should also be placed in the indicated location, to derive the maximum benefit. Any or all of these remedies can be reused for the forthcoming new years, but they may have to be repositioned according to the specific new year.

FengShui 2007 - Which Type Of Calendar Is Used In Feng Shui And Why It Is Used?

“ Discover The Secrets That Billionaire Chinese Business Tycoons Know (That You Don't) About Attracting Money, Fortune, Success and Much More Using Simple, Ancient Feng Shui Techniques...! ”

I can show you step-by-step how you too can have more wealth, luck, happiness, career success, health, love, and much more to completely transform your life! . . . with the help of some quick, easy-to-do feng shui techniques!

The standard calendar used in today society is mainly the Georgian calendar. Some may not know that there are others types of calendar that human race have been using and is still using now in their society. The Chinese calendar (traditional calendar) uses the lunisolar calendar which incorporates the calendar of the lunar (moon, yin) and the solar (sun, yang). Simply it can also be refer to as the farmer or agricultural calendar. It is used extensively before and now to denote the starting of the agricultural season like when to plant their crops. It is also used to check the raising and falling sea tide as the moon gravitation pull will affect the earth sea tide and seasons. In Feng shui the solar calendar is used instead of the agricultural calendar. This is because it is important to know when the starting of each season is. Detail of how the seasons will affect a person well being will be cover in later articles.

When to determine the starting of each season!

Fifteen degree intervals is equally space out along the ecliptic, including the solstices and equinoxes, which added up to a total of 24 equally space points.

  • Once the sun reaches 315? it symbolizes the starting of Spring and is around the Gregorian calendar of February 4.
  • Once the sun reaches 45? it symbolize the starting of Summer and is around the Gregorian calendar of May 6
  • Once the sun reaches 135? it symbolize the starting of Autumn and is around the Gregorian calendar of August 7
  • Once the sun reaches 225? it symbolizes the starting of Winter and is around the Gregorian calendar of November 7.
In the past we can only grow crops according to seasons and consume. However, as modernization set in, we are able to consume food even in seasons that is meant to be for the other seasons. As a thumb of rule in feng shui, according to certain seasonal food we consume, we are able to distinguished when a person is born approximately in which month just by viewing from their face bone structure and body structure. Either they belong to the fire element structure or water element structure. That is because by particular food we consume in seasons produces, our human anatomy structure will be different. Some Korean physician still uses this technique of study of viewing the face structure so as to apply the right elements for the human body harmonization. In addition, from their seasons of birth, we can determine what elements are lacking from their big environment. By understanding their lacking elements, feng shui practitioner will be able to advise accordingly to help them achieve harmonization.

In the ancient days, traditional Chinese physician are also good feng shui master because the system of understand the 5 elements is organized and doctrine by the same person who happens to be a famous Chinese traditional physician. Feng shui in simple layman language can be explained by this way; and that is harmonizing of the big environment that we live in, the big universe, and human system is Feng Shui (CHI and XUE) of the smaller universal.

Now, since we are able to consume variety of food in all the wrong seasons, does that means that we can no longer be able to used feng shui accurately together with the solar calendar? The answer is No; because all the information?s is keep from generation to generation until today through DNA. Yes our DNA actually contains many information from the past. That is why there is a term call genetics heritage. That is to say, what happen in the past of our ancestor will be left and contain in our genes as some report suggested.

You may now be able to appreciate more that Feng Shu is a technology and science left by ancient forefather through their long years of study and observations in natural and human system. It is not just hanky panky stuff out of the blue.

Feng Shui For Love

“ Discover The Secrets That Billionaire Chinese Business Tycoons Know (That You Don't) About Attracting Money, Fortune, Success and Much More Using Simple, Ancient Feng Shui Techniques...! ”

I can show you step-by-step how you too can have more wealth, luck, happiness, career success, health, love, and much more to completely transform your life! . . . with the help of some quick, easy-to-do feng shui techniques!

Has your romantic life been on the blink lately? Perhaps you?ve recently had a relationship that?s gone sour. You may think it is you, or perhaps you blame it on your ex. But maybe it isn?t you, it?s those dried flowers you have prominently displayed in your hallway, or the full length mirror in your bedroom. Feng Shui has applications for the home, office, and yes, even your love life.

Feng Shui (pronounced fung schway) is, in simple terms, the ancient Chinese Art and Science of placing things in our immediate environment in such a way as to improve our health, balance, security, and prosperity. It has been a carefully guarded secret for most of the last 3000 years. Now, anyone can enjoy the benefits of Feng Shui in their own lives.

There are several systems which are used to determine how to arrange your home to enhance your love life. The one that applies the most for our purposes is the Pa Kua system. In Pa Kua, the southwest corner is the love and romance sector of the home.

The first thing you?ll need to do is break out your compass and determine which corner of your home is the southwest corner. If there is a bedroom there, that is great. If there is a bathroom there, not so good. That will keep your romantic interests flushing away as fast as they arrive.

Now look more closely at that southwest corner. Is it badly lit and full of clutter? That means your love-live will suffer the same fate. Think of the southwest corner of your home as a reflection of what you want your romantic life to be. By ridding it of clutter and adding the proper d?cor, you can rejuvenate your chances of attracting just the right special someone for you.

You?ll also want to look in the southwest corner of your bedroom. Try putting a vase with beautiful fresh flowers in it. Many Feng Shui masters suggest a painting of a beautiful flower, and not something prickly, in the southwest corner. The Chinese do not like dried or dead flowers. Always keep some sort of fresh flower there instead.

Also good for your romantic endeavors is a pair of wooden ducks or a painting of two ducks. Ducks mate for life so these are very good symbols for your own romance. If you don?t like how the ducks look, you can simply put two rubber ducks there.

Mirrors on the ceiling and walls, especially full length mirrors, are definitely not good. These big mirrors symbolize portals that the energy from an uninvited third party can enter.

For those of you who dislike Chinese d?cor, the best westernized version is the classic lava lamp. Pink or Yellow goo flowing up and down in your romance sector is sure to create good energy flow. You can also use pictures or statues of loving couples.

For a final touch consider painting the walls adjacent to the southwest corner bright red to symbolize passion. Be careful not to go overboard, but put some of these Feng Shui tips into practice for your own love life and get ready to see what happens.

Feng Shui For Widows And Divorcees

“ Discover The Secrets That Billionaire Chinese Business Tycoons Know (That You Don't) About Attracting Money, Fortune, Success and Much More Using Simple, Ancient Feng Shui Techniques...! ”

I can show you step-by-step how you too can have more wealth, luck, happiness, career success, health, love, and much more to completely transform your life! . . . with the help of some quick, easy-to-do feng shui techniques!

I am sure some of you may read the title and think, ?OK, this should be good; I will read it for entertainment and if I get more, all the better.?

The practice of feng shui uses the ancient Chinese art of Chi. Chi is energy. It has nothing to do with religion. There are many practitioners out there, all around the world. My purpose in writing this article is to share with you how I benefited from it. Allow me to start at the beginning.

A couple of months before my husband died, I came across an ad in the paper for a feng shui practitioner advertising her services. Interested, I decided to clip the ad out of the paper and put it aside until later. I had never practiced this art myself; however, I like others had read about it in various articles and was intrigued..

As I shared, when I saw the feng shui ad, my husband was dying. We both knew this fact. We had also just moved to a new town a few months earlier and into a new home. When we moved, all I could do was put the furniture in the house. My husband and I were in the fight of our lives?. for his life. (I hear your question: Why would you decide to move if your husband is dying? That answer, will have to come in another article.) So when I saw the ad a few months later, I knew I couldn?t act on it.

After my husband died I pulled the ad out of the drawer and called the practitioner. I needed distraction from my pain and getting the house in better shape was the recipe. Jan, the feng shui practitioner, was very nice on the phone and she asked lots of questions to get to know me. I learned a bit more about what this practice really entailed. I thought it was just about placing furniture in a room, in the best position for chi movement. (I thought I was smart because I knew the word and meaning of chi) I learned that Jan is a traditionalist when it comes to this art. She practices the Black Sect tradition. I had never heard of this or any other tradition. I thought it was all the same; little did I know.

We made an appointment for a consultation at my home. She let me know up front that this would take about 4 hours. WOW, I thought she would just come and make a few suggestions and be gone. Anyway, I can?t tell you everything she did because it would be unethical for me to do so. What I can tell you is that it was a wonderful experience. I implemented all of her suggestions. It took me a while to do so, but I got it all done.

Funny thing though, I started noticing shifts in my energy and what was happening in my life, as I would make the changes. A part of me thought the shifts were flukes, but that wasn?t the case. Being a skeptical person, I really started paying attention to the things that were happening to me. I also noticed that people who visited my home, rarely wanted to leave it. They told me that my home felt welcoming and relaxing. They leave their cares at the door. In fact, at times it is necessary for me to hint to a person that it is past my bed time or that I have to run an errand.

My original intent in having a practitioner use feng shui in my home was to simply receive help in putting my furniture in the best locations. What I got was so much more. I know this sounds strange but having my home in balance has helped me heal from losing my husband. It is my refuge and my place of peace. I travel a lot and I love the places I go. But, I am always happy when I enter my front door. It is as though the house welcomes me home.

If you are someone who has lost your spouse, you have to look at your environment when it comes to healing. There is a direct correlation between your environment and how well you heal. We all want to live vibrant robust lives and one of the best ways to do this is to balance your home. Is your environment safe; is it comfortable? How does your home make you feel? Have you ever thought about enhancing your healing process by enhancing your home?

I am not suggesting you go out and buy a book on feng shui. As I stated earlier, there are a few different schools of feng shui; and most of the books don?t make the distinctions. I have heard people say they get confused because one book tells them something and another says something else, concerning the same subject.

The best way to learn what your home needs is to hire a practitioner. These people have been to school to learn this art. Some have practiced for many years. There is no way you can read a book and know how to apply it?s suggestions to your situation.

I am a stickler for certifications, so make sure who ever you use is certified. Have them tell you the name of the school and do check them out before hiring them. Also make sure they have been in business for a while. Use your judgment and instincts. I have listed the name of the practitioner I used, on my web site. Feel free to contact her. She is available for phone consultations, if you are not in her area. Hiring a feng shui practitioner was one of the best decisions I made for myself.
