Feng Shui - Positioning your Office for Success

“ Discover The Secrets That Billionaire Chinese Business Tycoons Know (That You Don't) About Attracting Money, Fortune, Success and Much More Using Simple, Ancient Feng Shui Techniques...! ”

I can show you step-by-step how you too can have more wealth, luck, happiness, career success, health, love, and much more to completely transform your life! . . . with the help of some quick, easy-to-do feng shui techniques!

Would you believe that you can position your office and office furniture in a way that positively affects your success and efficiency? Check out these Feng Shui tips for positioning your office for success!

The best position for your home office is facing south - this governs your fame area. Or, you could position your home study facing northeast - this governs your education and knowledge area. If these positions arent possible, try placing your desk in a south or northeast corner.

The best position for your desk is in the corner that is diagonally opposite the office door. You want to be able to see the doorway and who is coming into the room. If you sit with your back to the door youll always feel threatened. Of course, in my home office my desk is diagonally opposite the office door, but my back is to the door. The way I solved this problem was to position a mirror at my desk so I can see the doorway behind me -- now my husband cant sneak up on me anymore ;-)

Have a wall behind your chair, rather than a window, for symbolic support. If you have no choice, keep the blind down. Dont sit too close to the door, because it will make you feel unprotected and as if youre losing control.

There are a few other things that will help to position your home office for success. Clear the effects of electromagnetic stress from your computer by taking frequent breaks. Plus you can place a clear quartz or rose quartz crystal next to it to absorb negative emissions. Peace lilies and a cactus called Cirrus peruvianus will also absorb emissions.

Flying Stars Feng Shui for 2007 : Predictions & Remedies for Main Door Facing North West

Flying Stars or Fei Xing is a powerful form of Feng Shui derived from the famous Xuan Kong Fengshui. It is an Analysis of the Five Elements and Star Combinations (representing certain energy patterns) that occupy every building. Each new year these annual stars change, Qi (energy) shifts happen, bringing good and bad energy with them - thereby producing different effects.

In February 2004 all the Feng Shui Energy Patterns underwent huge transformations to the NewAge of Land Luck called Period 8 Energy Cycles. It means that a large scale evolution of the human race with completely new energy dynamics has started. The significance is that the new, vibrant energies of Period 8 impacts on the buildings differently than before and energies that were previously activated now need to be remedied, in order to reduce any bad effects from the past influences.

The Flying Stars Chart or the 9-Grid Meteor Plan for the Ding-Hai, Year of the Female Yin Red Fire Pig or Boar has been plotted and the effects of their energy patterns are analyzed. The analysis also contains suggested remedies/cures for reducing the impact of negative energy and recommended enhancers for increasing and improving upon the beneficial energy of the year.

For the remedies/enhancers to be effective, they should be cleansed, energised, blessed and programmed not only for the particular individual/family but also for the specific purpose/problem. They should also be placed in the indicated location.

The direction in which your main door lies is very important to any form of Geomancy, including Feng Shui & Vaastu Shashtra. The primary reason for this is that the air currents and energy flow in and flow out through the mouth of the main door. Thus you receive positive energy for the year, if the main door faces a direction of auspicious stars or meteors (powerful energy bodies) and receive negative energy for the year, if the main door faces a direction of evil stars or meteors. In case negative impacts are forecast, you can simply offset the negative energy by installing the recommended remedies there. Any or all of these remedies can be reused for the coming years, the only thing is that they should be repositioned according to the new year.

Please note that the effects may be felt in varying degrees depending upon the exact compass degree of the main door.

ANNUAL FORECAST & REMEDIES FOR FLATS/HOMES/OFFICES/FACTORIES WITH MAIN DOOR FACING NORTH WEST : An year of mixed luck, with alternating fortunes and misfortunes. The employed will get promotions and salary raises. The self-employed will grow and make business expansions. Many would see several positive changes and break-through in their professions. Money making and wealth creating potential is quite high. However, because of the presence of the negative stars, there will be ceaseless arguments, quarrels and fights, conflicts and confrontations, gossips and rumours, all leading to misunderstandings, altercations, legal disputes and lawsuits. Help from mentors would not be forthcoming. Chances of property loss due to thefts and robberies are very high. Relapse of old illness and affliction of new sickness will be quite common.

The position of TaiSui corresponds to North West this year. TaiSui, a very important aspect of Chinese Astrology, is popularly known as the Grand Duke of Jupiter. It is an intangible energy body of war-like nature that should not be disturbed. The TaiSui or the Year Authority is a commanding post that has total control over that particular year. The Chinese Lunar Year Cycle has 60 years and so there are 60 TaiSui, with every year having a different TaiSui. For 2007, "Feng Ji" is the TaiSui and he is situated at North West. Do not install any moving objects like Fish Aquariums or Water Fountains in North West, this year. Do not dig, construct, renovate, redecorate or repair in North West this year. Do not drill or even drive a nail in the North West wall. Do not shift or relocate to another place, this year. Do not chop trees. If you had already started any of these work last year and would definitely have to continue to complete in this year, then hang a golden, metal Wou-Lou and a Wind Chyme near the main door. If you have a secondary door that is not facing NW, then use it for this year. Otherwise, It is recommended to place an icon of Kuan Kung or Three Generations Dragon Head Turtle or a pair of Pi-Yau near your main door, facing NW, as even opening and closing the door is considered as violating Tai Sui. Do not sit or sleep for extended periods near your main door. Also remember to sit with your back facing NW (don?t confront the Tai Sui by facing it) when you read, eat, watch TV, operate computer, etc. Display the genuine, energised photographs of "Feng Ji, the 2007 TaiSui" and the "TaiSui Protection Talisman for 2007" in the North West and carry their miniature versions in your pocket or wallet, to minimise the negative impacts of the year.

Door Mat Colour for the Main Door : Pink on the outside.

Deck the Halls with Feng Shui

“ Discover The Secrets That Billionaire Chinese Business Tycoons Know (That You Don't) About Attracting Money, Fortune, Success and Much More Using Simple, Ancient Feng Shui Techniques...! ”

I can show you step-by-step how you too can have more wealth, luck, happiness, career success, health, love, and much more to completely transform your life! . . . with the help of some quick, easy-to-do feng shui techniques!

Did you ever wonder what element is missing in people?s homes the most? As I go from home to home and business to business, I almost never see the color red. Red is pure fire, it ignites us (and our passions), stimulates us and gives us energy yet is often left out when decorating.

Some people wonder why houses and offices look so festive at Holiday Time. It?s not just all those blinking lights though I love them as well, it?s that we finally add RED to our environments and it?s a lovely addition that is well needed. For many people this color is only used during holiday season and stored away for the rest of the year and often after giving a talk I remind people to go home and look around their homes and offices. They more often then not report back that sure enough, they are missing even touches of the element of Fire.

We have wonderful options during the holidays and use the color in lots of ways; Red poinsettias, big red bows, red lights and candles are everywhere. And unconsciously or not, we are more invigorated during this time. What about those after holiday ?blues? many of us go through? Nothing to look forward to now but a potentially very long winter, cold weather, rain (if we?re lucky), snow, sleet and ice. We feel let down, some people get sad or depressed and we go into our hibernation mode as much as possible.

This year when you are removing your decorations after the holidays, think of replacing them with other objects with the color of red to help keep that lively feeling in your home or office space. Pretty silk flowers, red candles, even tablecloths or doilies (yes, some people still use them!) can add nice touches. So can artwork with more vibrant colors as well as sun catchers.

As to the still raging controversy over Red in the bedroom, I have read everything from putting it Under your mattress (yes, it?s out of sight but are you really going to sleep well with the color directly under you?) to leaving it out completely (which I don?t understand either if you sleep with the lights off). Traditionally, pink is the color of love and used in the bedroom and I advise that as well but I don?t think we should leave the color red out; when you have a special person in your life, what better place to feel stimulated, enlivened and full of energy?

In the Bagua, we ask you to use the color red in the Fame area. Fame is how we are known to the world (mother, teacher, etc.) but also how we would LIKE to be known. Since getting your name out to the Universe is a big Feng Shui Principle, igniting your Fame could be as easy as putting up your name surrounded by the color Red. Don?t forget to include your Intentions of how you would like the world to see you as well; this is very important to our evolving to the person we want to become.

Where else would we typically add more fire? Mantles are a popular place, especially in Home Staging. In staging a home for sale, each room should have a distinct focal point that the eye goes to. It should be warm and inviting and give off energy, something that is oftentimes lacking in some home staging. Creating a balance on the mantle and putting up simple and inexpensive candle holders with Red Candles can increase the energy of the room as well as the focal point. We want a prospective buyer to feel good energy and imagine themselves living in it.

Also, take a look around the outside of your home. I walk around a home during a consultation to address each area from the outside and I recommend it to you as well. Homeowners become so used to certain things that they ?mean? to get to outside but it often never gets done. Red on the outside of a home is also something used in Feng Shui; instead of regular wind chimes, how about red ones? We also use mobiles in areas we want to get moving and they come in every color. Energy outside the home is every bit as important as energy inside.

So before you dismantle your holiday decorating, look around for other items in red that you can replace many of them with. For my clients on a budget, a trip to the dollar store can find you useful items. Bed, Bath and Beyond is also a good place to try. Your home will feel more invigorating and stimulating all year through.
